I.     Call to order

II.    Consideration of Site Plan Amendment (SPA-2013-02) – a preliminary and final site plan
for site and building  improvements to the Westwood Village Shopping Center.  The property is zoned for Commercial – Mixed Use (C-1 District) and is located on the west side of Rainbow Blvd, between 47th Ter and 48th Street.
Submitted by Nolte and Associates P.A., agent for Rainbow Partners, L.P. property owner of record.

III.    Consideration of Site Plan Amendment (SPA-2013-03) – a preliminary and final site plan
for an office building addition and construction of a raised parking structure.  The property is zoned for Office (C-0 District) and is located at on the northwest corner of 47th Place and State Line Road, addressed as 1900 W. 47th Place.
