Occupation licenses are required for all businesses in the City of Westwood. Such annual occupation licenses expire on January 15th of each year. Businesses that begin operation on or after July 1st of any year are charged one-half of the annual fee. Applications and fees must be submitted to Office of the City Clerk, Westwood City Hall, 4700 Rainbow Boulevard, Westwood, KS 66205. Applications and fees may be submitted by mail or in person. Fees may be paid by check or money order made payable to the City of Westwood.
Additional fees apply to cereal malt/liquor beverage sales establishments and massage therapy establishments and require a separate application.
