In 2022, with the aid of a cost sharing grant and a financial partnership between the City of Westwood and the Unified Government, Complete Streets concepts will be permanently installed along the 47th Street corridor. The final Complete Streets plan for the corridor will be piloted by the 2020 striping project and details for the operation of the street for vehicles, cyclists, buses, and pedestrians will be finalized in 2021 prior to construction in 2022.
