The building permit fee schedule includes a flat fee for certain types of projects, such as residential electrical upgrades, mechanical and plumbing work, demolitions, sidewalks, and driveways. The fees for new residential construction, commercial alterations, remodels, and tenant finishes are based on valuations determined by a formula chart provided by the ICC.
