The City of Westwood, Kansas is seeking qualified partners to serve as a prime developer to provide planning, design, public engagement, acquisition, financing (in full or in part), and possibly construction services for a commercial, mixed-use, and/or residential development with municipal facilities.
The City is seeking input from respondents to help enhance the existing understanding of what is economically feasible as the City considers any future Development. With that in mind, creativity and alternative suggestions for any possible Development are welcome.
