2024 Woodside Summer Pool Pass Program Details
Summer is just around the corner, and it's time to start thinking about summer afternoons at the Woodside Pools!
Starting Friday, May 10th, pool pass applications will be available to Westwood residents.
All applications must be submitted online through the City's permitting platform, GovBuilt. This streamlined process makes applying for your pool pass easier than ever!
How to Apply
- Visit GovBuilt.
- Complete and submit your pool pass application online.
- Pool pass applications will be reviewed within one business day. You will be contacted via email if approved or if additional information is needed.
Reusing Pool Pass Cards
Pool pass cards issued after 2015 can be reused during the 2024 season. If your pool pass card was issued in 2014 or prior and does not have a barcode, it cannot be reused.
Pool Pass Fees
- Individuals: $40.00
- Family (up to 4 members: 2 adults age 21+, 2 children): $85.00 - Each additional family member under 21: $5.00
- Individual Day Pass: $10.00
- Pool Pass Card (if needed): $3.00
Pool Opening Date
The pools will open to Westwood residents on Saturday, May 25th.
Important Notes
City Hall office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Pool pass applications cannot be processed outside these hours.
