An ordinance of the City of Westwood amending Section 4.A.1 of city ordinance No. 893, raising the franchise fee to be paid by Kansas Gas Service to the city for the franchise to construct, maintain and operate all works and plants necessary or proper for supplying consumers with natural gas.
