On December 18, 2026, the City Council approved Charter Ordinance 20, exempting the City from K.S.A. 12-1651 regarding the designation of an official city newspaper and named www.westwoodks.org as the official City newspaper. Those items that still require publication in an newspaper of general circulation, will be published in the The Legal Record. All legal notices published after March 12, 2026 will be posted here.
