The building permit fee schedule includes a flat fee for certain types of projects like residential electrical upgrades, mechanical and plumbing, demolitions, sidewalks and driveways. The fees for new residential construction, commercial alterations, remodels and tenant finishes are based on valuations determined by a formula chart provided by the ICC.
