Woodside Village Development

The City of Westwood has embraced an effort to enhance the vitality of the community as it embarks on a public-private partnership with Tanner & White Properties, Inc.  Woodside Village will be a $105+ million mixed-use development project that Woodside Village looking northeast will include the renovation and expansion of the Woodside Racquet Club, over 36,000 square feet of new retail commercial space, and 334 new residential living units all within a new town center setting for Westwood near 47th Place and Rainbow Boulevard.
