2026 Woodside Summer Pool Pass Program Details
The pools at Woodside open on Saturday, May 23rd - apply early so you can hit the pools Memorial Day Weekend!
All applications must be submitted online through the City's permitting platform, GovBuilt. This streamlined process makes applying for your pool pass easier than ever!
How to Apply
- Visit GovBuilt.
- Complete and submit your pool pass application online.
- Pool pass applications will be reviewed within three business days. You will be contacted via email if approved or if additional information is needed.
Reusing Pool Pass Cards
Pool pass cards issued after 2015 can be reused during the 2026 season. If your pool pass card was issued in 2014 or prior and does not have a barcode, it cannot be reused.
Pool Pass Fees
- Individuals: $60.00
- Family (up to 4 members: 2 adults age 21+, 2 children): $100.00 - Each additional family member under 21: $5.00
- Individual Day Pass: $25.00
- Pool Pass Card (if needed): $3.00
Mid-season Pool Pass Fees Effective Monday, July 6, 2026
- Individuals: $30.00
- Family (up to 4 members: 2 adults age 21+, 2 children): $50.00 - Each additional family member under 21: $5.00
- Individual Day Pass: $25.00
- Pool Pass Card (if needed): $3.00
Important Notes
City Hall office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Pool pass applications cannot be processed outside these hours.
The Woodside pool opens on Saturday, May 23rd. Westwood pool pass holders cannot access the pools before this date.
All Pool Pass holders must sign an online liability release before a pass is issued. The release is linked in the GovBuilt application.
The Family Pool will be closed early for the following Woodside Waves Swim Team events:

- Thursday, June 11 | Woodside Waves Swim Meet | Family Pool closes at 5PM
- Saturday, June 13 | Midsummer | All Pools close at 2PM

Men of Westwood Happy Hour
Thursday, June 4 | 5:00 – 7:00 PM
It’s the guys’ turn! Head to the South Cabana for a well-deserved break with complimentary drinks and appetizers provided by Woodside's Food + Drink team. Extra food and beverages are available for purchase, and the good times don’t have to end at 7 PM. This event is open to all male residents, ages 21 and over. A pool pass is not required to attend.
Women of Westwood Happy Hour
Rescheduled to Thursday, June 11 | 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Join us at the South Cabana for a relaxed and celebratory evening honoring the women in our community. Enjoy complimentary batch cocktails and a selection of appetizers courtesy of Woodside’s Food + Drink team. Additional food and drinks are available on your tab. Attendees are welcome to stay after 7 PM. This event is open to all female residents, ages 21 and over. A pool pass is not required to attend.
Movie Night at the Pool
Saturday, July 11 | 8:00 PM
Grab your towel and head to the pool for an evening under the stars! Woodside will be showing Disney's Elemental, so bring the whole family for a magical movie night! The pool will close to Woodside members at 7 PM and reopen for movie night at 8:00 PM. The movie will begin around 8:20 PM. This event is open to all residents. A pool pass is not required to attend. Bring your own snacks – beverages will be available for purchase. No unaccompanied children under 16. Entry via the Lower Pool entrance.
Teacher’s Appreciation Happy Hour
Thursday, July 23 | 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Hosted by the Women’s Club, this happy hour is another great chance to celebrate our amazing educators. Gather at the South Cabana for complimentary drinks and apps from Woodside Food and Drink. Additional items are available for purchase, and the space remains open after 7 PM for extended mingling. This event is open to the teachers of Westwood View Elementary and all teachers living in Westwood. A pool pass is not required to attend.
Family Night at the Pool
Friday, July 24 | 5:00 – 8:00 PM
Bring the whole crew to the Family Pool for a night of fun! Live music by Champagne, food specials, and fun for all ages. Face painting, glitter tattoos, and surprise guests. This event is open to all residents. A pool pass is not required to attend.
End of Summer / Back to School Party
Friday, July 31 | 5:00 – 8:00 PM
Say goodbye to summer and hello to the new school year with a bash at the Family Pool! Live entertainment by 2 Proud 2 Beg, balloon arch, face painting, glitter tattoos, and more. This event is open to all residents. A pool pass is not required to attend.
Adults + Parents Back to School Pool Event
Friday, August 14 | 12:00 – 3:00 PM
Adults only! Kick back and soak up the summer vibes at the Upper Pool Deck. Relaxed atmosphere. This event is open to all adult residents, 21 and over. A pool pass is not required to attend.
